| dc.description | The Faculty of Administration Finance and IT FAFI, as well as in many establishments, it is necessary to keep control of inventory and books where it can be the case that there is not sufficient control pending of the study materials, on the other hand also the library can count on a great variety of texts. The inventory constitutes one of the most significant items for the institution that allows having an internal control of the library in order to optimize resources and materials that help improve the attention to users and reduce the risks of loss of books and goods, also minimize human errors so that the information is accurate and timely. In the FAFI library, despite the existence of a Computer System (Ekubiblio) that manages the books and their loans, the registration of these books causes a disorganization and incoordination when it requires detailed information about the books that are available in the library of the institution. For which the library needs to have technological devices that optimize the registration and searches of books. Currently the library does not have technological devices that allow to label the books in a correct way the labeling is elaborated manually due to the inconveniences, at the moment of search of the texts it takes even the books do not have a specific format, some of the problems That there is the agglomeration of student at the time of applying for a loan is to improve your search. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La Facultad de Administración Finanzas e Informática FAFI, así como en muchos establecimientos es necesario llevar el control de inventario y de los libros donde se puede dar el caso de que no existe un control suficiente que este pendiente de los materiales de estudio, por otra parte también la biblioteca pueden contar con una gran variedad de textos. El inventario constituye uno de los rubros más significativos para la institución que permite tener un control interno de la biblioteca con el fin de optimizar recursos y materiales que ayuden a mejorar la atención a los usuarios y reducir los riesgos de pérdida de los libros y bienes, además minimizar los errores humanos para que la información sea veraz y a tiempo. En la biblioteca de la FAFI, a pesar de la existencia de un Sistema Informático (Ekubiblio) que administra los libros y sus préstamos, el registro de estos libros provocando una desorganización y descoordinación al momento de requerir información detallada sobre los libros que están disponibles en la biblioteca de la institución. Para lo cual la biblioteca necesita contar con dispositivos tecnológicos que optimicen el registro y búsquedas de libros. Actualmente la biblioteca no cuenta con dispositivos tecnológico que permitan etiquetar los libros de manera correcta el etiquetado es elaborado de forma manual debido a los inconvenientes, al instante de búsqueda de los textos se tarda incluso los libros no tienen un formato específico, unos de los problemas que existen es la aglomeración de estudiante al momento de solicitar un préstamo se trata de mejorar su búsqueda. | es_ES |
