| dc.description | People with visual disabilities face obstacles not only physically, but also in the social sphere. Therefore, they can not benefit from certain services that the company offers, such as access to Commercial Credits. The effect is unfavorable to those who, due to having this type of disability, can not make commercial credits. This does not mean that companies discriminate against people with visual disabilities, but as companies must ensure the integrity of it, making known the content of the documentation that must be signed by customers to access a credit. There are technologies such as "A ring to read any text", where through a camera the ring sends images to a computer that recognizes them and reads aloud. This ring uses algorithms "FingerReader", which consists of giving information at the moment in that the user away from the line that is reading. Another well-known technology is the "tactile" screen capable of creating figures and braille, based on moving parts that up and down are able to form the points to read the symbols forming the words. "This technology was used many years ago by Mr. Edesur, with the advice of the association for help to blind people, they deliver invoices in Braille, this project has 200 customers who use this billing service." | dc.description.abstract | Las personas con discapacidad visual enfrentan obstáculos no únicamente físicos, sino también en el ámbito social. Por lo que no pueden beneficiarse de ciertos servicios que la sociedad ofrece, como es le caso de acceso a Créditos Comerciales. El efecto es desfavorable hacia quienes por el hecho de tener este tipo de discapacidad no pueden realizar Créditos comerciales. Esto no significa que las empresas discriminen a personas con discapacidades visuales, pero como empresas deben asegurar la integridad de la misma, haciendo conocer el contenido de la documentación que debe ser firmada por los clientes para poder acceder a un crédito. Existen tecnologías tales como “Un anillo para leer cualquier texto”, donde mediante una cámara el anillo envía imágenes a un ordenador que las reconoce y lee en voz alta, Este anillo utiliza algoritmos “FingerReader”, mismo que consiste en dar información al momento en que se aleje el usuario de la línea que se encuentra leyendo. Otra tecnología muy conocida es la Pantalla “táctil” capaz de crear figuras y braille, basada en piezas móviles que subiendo y bajando son capaces de formar los puntos para leer los símbolos formando así las palabras. “Esta tecnología fue usada hace muchos años por el Sr. Edesur, con el asesoramiento de la asociación pro ayuda a no videntes, ellos entregan facturas en braille, este proyecto cuenta con 200 clientes que utilizan este servicio de facturación”.
