This deficiency may affect the presentation of the financial statements since the wrong The treatment of the accounts could be affected by poor account manipulation and It would give the real financial situation. This analysis will be carried out with a qualitative methodology that allows us to have a more subjective response, this will be done in the financial department, we also expose that this study is part of the research line of accounting information management. Within the carried out investigation it is mentioned that the main objective is understand the information obtained by the company, the entries and accounting books and the recognition of its accounting treatment for construction activities applying the legal provisions linked to them. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio tiene como tema de análisis titulado “Tratamiento Contable en la Empresa Diseño y Construcciones S.A”, La empresa la cual su representante legal es el Arquitecto Raúl Marcelo Villegas Riera, es persona jurídica el Ruc: 1293127541001, se encuentra ubicada en la calle 10 de Agosto y Olmedo en el Cantón de Babahoyo. El mencionado caso se realizará con la finalidad de evaluar y analizar los registros contables para obtener una información adecuada y poder detectar los problemas que han ocasionado información errónea o mal elaborada, es muy importante que las empresas lleven un registro adecuado a su actividad, en este caso se pudo corroborar que hay poca existencias de un tratamiento contable, tampoco hay un correcto uso del tratamiento contable NIC 11, que regula el tratamiento y manejo contable de las actividades de construcción. Esta deficiencia puede afectar la presentación de los estados financieros ya que el mal tratamiento de las cuentas se podría ver afectadas por mala manipulación de las cuentas y no daría la real situación financiera. Este análisis se realizara con una metodología cualitativa que nos permite tener una respuesta más subjetiva, esto se realizará en el departamento financiero, también exponemos que este estudio se enmarca en la línea de investigación de la gestión de información contable. Dentro de la investigación efectuada se menciona que el principal objetivo es comprender la información obtenida por parte de la empresa, de los asientos y libros contables y el reconocimiento de su tratamiento contable por actividades de construcción aplicando las disposiciones legales vinculadas a ellas. Esto se debe a que en el ecuador los estados financieros que se preparan puedan ser utilizados para efectos de estudio o análisis con otras entidades, incluso a pesar que los estados financieros puedan parecerse a los de diferentes países por la aplicación de las NIC y las NIIF. | es_ES |
