The present case study, is given in the company TRANSPORT COMPANY MIXTO SAN AGUSTIN DE JUJAN CTMSAJCOM S.A., located in the Tres Postes Campus S / N of the Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno parish, in the province of Guayas, a company that dedicates to the regular mixed transport service, which analyzes the lack of control that there is income and that it carries with it erroneous information for the elaboration of financial statements. With the collaboration of Mr. Manager of the company and through the technique of Interview with the same, also applying the inductive method of investigation, is intended find the causes that cause that an adequate control of the income is not carried out, as well such as expenditures, all this causes that the information obtained to record the The daily transactions of the company in its accounting system are not adequate, causing that at the moment of elaborating the financial statements these contain information not reliable and the decisions that are made are not correct. | dc.description.abstract | En el Ecuador toda empresa sin importar su tamaño o actividad económica debe llevar un control contable de sus operaciones financieras, la contabilidad en las empresas se alimenta de la información que se procesa. El presente caso de estudio, se da en la empresa COMPAÑÍA DE TRANSPORTE MIXTO SAN AGUSTIN DE JUJAN CTMSAJCOM S.A., ubicada en el Recinto Tres Postes S/N de la parroquia Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno, de la provincia del Guayas, empresa que se dedica al servicio regular de transporte mixto, en la que se analiza la falta de control que existe de los ingresos y que lleva consigo información errónea para la elaboración de los estados financieros. Con la colaboración del Sr. Gerente de la empresa y mediante la técnica de la entrevista al mismo, además aplicando el método inductivo de investigación, se pretende encontrar las causas que originan que no se realice un adecuado control de los ingresos, así como los egresos, todo esto ocasiona que la información que se obtiene para registrar las transacciones diarias de la empresa en su sistema contable no sean las adecuadas, provocando que al momento de elaborar los estados financieros estos contengan información no confiable y las decisiones que se tomen no sean las correctas.
