The present case study involves to the Importadora Industrial Agrícola Del Monte Sociedad Anónima INMONTE the same as dedicates to provide services and products, intended for the agricultural sector in general. Which represents the place where this case study will be carried out CONTROL OF EXPENDITURE OF THE COMPANY "DEL MONTE S.A." SUCURSAL QUEVEDO, established in the subline of Research Management of Accounting Information. For the development of this topic, the utilities will be taken into consideration mainly that have been generated in recent years, in which it is noted that there has been a decrease, this results; is to say that the profits that the entity has been generating have gone decreasing. Therefore, this research was conducted to identify the unnecessary expenses that made the company, know the necessary measures that must be used to increase their benefits, and therefore improve the control of expenditures to which it incurs. In order to carry out this case study, the research method that will be used mainly the interview with the administrative and operative personnel, who offered the necessary information for the adequate achievement of the subject of study. | dc.description.abstract | El control de gastos en una empresa constituye gestiones fundamentales que se deberían considerar habitualmente, con la finalidad de obtener mayores beneficios y de esa manera impedir el dispendio absurdo que regularmente realizan las empresas. El presente caso práctico involucra a la Importadora Industrial Agrícola Del Monte Sociedad Anónima INMONTE la misma que se dedica a brindar servicios y productos, destinados al sector agrícola en general. La cual representa el lugar donde se va a llevar a cabo este caso de estudio CONTROL DE GASTOS DE LA EMPRESA “DEL MONTE S.A.” SUCURSAL QUEVEDO, establecido en la sublínea de investigación Gestión de la Información Contable. Para el desarrollo de este tema, se tomara en consideración principalmente las utilidades que se han generado en los últimos años, en las cuales se nota que ha existido un decremento, ante estos resultados; es decir que las ganancias que ha estado generando la entidad han ido disminuyendo. Por lo cual se realizó esta investigación, para identificar los gastos innecesarios que hizo la empresa, conocer las medidas necesarias a las que debe recurrir para poder incrementar sus beneficios, y por ende mejorar el control de los egresos a los que esta incurre. Para poder llevar a cabo este caso práctico, el método de investigación que se va a utilizar principalmente es la entrevista realizada al personal administrativo y operario, quienes brindaron la información necesaria para la consecución adecuada del tema de estudio.
