| dc.description.abstract | El Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social (MIES) , mediante Decreto Supremo No. 3815, publicado en el registro oficial de 12 de junio de 1980 se creó el Ministerio de Bienestar Social, que posteriormente pasó a denominarse Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social, el presidente de la República, Rafael Correa firmó el Decreto Ejecutivo Nro. 1356, mediante el cual dispuso la reestructuración institucional. De esta forma, el Instituto de la Niñez y la Familia (INFA) y el Programa de Protección Social (PPS) se integrarán al MIES, tiene por objetivo promover y fomentar la inclusión económica y social de la población, a fin de asegurar el logro de una adecuada calidad de vida para todos los ciudadanos y ciudadanas, mediante la eliminación de aquellas condiciones, mecanismos o procesos que restringen la libertad de participar en la vida económica, social y política de la comunidad | es_ES |
