| dc.description | Currently the technology in the world represents a fundamental role for the human being in our environment, he uses it daily in his favor to carry out various activities, whether daily or work. Among the boldest uses of technology is the great support it provides to all operations and management of companies having a huge importance in both development and business evolution. One of the most relevant potential of a system is the ability to store information, because it represents an easy way to go to it at some point that is required. (Brito, 2012) Information and its proper management are one of the tools with the greatest potential to obtain strong foundations for the company, which is why most companies around the world have been in need of storing their information in a digital and this form will be able to determine the current situation in which it is and therefore with what counts to face the future. In any company the information flows daily, and each activity generates more information that can support the various tasks that are carried out for its proper functioning. | dc.description.abstract | Actualmente la tecnología en el mundo representa un rol fundamental para el ser humano en nuestro medio, éste la utiliza diariamente a su favor para realizar diversas actividades ya sean cotidianas o laborales. Entre los usos más audaces que se le ha dado a la tecnología es el gran soporte que brinda a todas las operaciones y gestión de las empresas teniendo una enorme importancia tanto en el desarrollo como en la evolución empresarial. Una de los potenciales de mayor relevancia que tiene un sistema es la capacidad para almacenar información, porque representa una manera fácil de acudir a ella en algún momento que se requiera. (Brito, 2012) La información y su manejo apropiado son unas de las herramientas con mayor potencial para lograr obtener fuertes bases para la empresa, por este motivo la mayoría de las empresas en todo el mundo se han visto en la necesidad de almacenar su información de manera digital y de esta forma se podrá determinar la situación actual en la que se encuentra y por ende con lo que cuenta para afrontar el futuro. En cualquier empresa la información fluye diariamente, y cada actividad genera más información que puede apoyar las diversas tareas que se llevan a cabo para su buen funcionamiento.
