| dc.description | Clinical laboratories of low complexity are governed by the Organic Law of Health under the treatment of Establishments that provide Indirect Support Service; this law in its Agreement-2016-No. 0079 article 1 paragraph 3 indicates that establishments providing indirect support services are those in which individual units are designed, adapted or manufactured for each patient based on prescription and medical indication; and those in which activities are performed that do not require surgical interventions or prescription medications. Within this group is registered the Provincial Board Of The Red Cross Of The Rivers. In addition, the law and agreement mentioned in article 7 above d) cites that it is an obligation of the responsible of the establishment to ensure that it has the documentation that enables its operation, according to the services it provides and activity or activities that it develop. The institution is not for profit, was created initially for the purpose of carrying out missionary activities with the help of volunteers, but, given the need of the community provides the same clinical laboratory service for which it earns income to self-sustain and continue with its normal operation. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Los laboratorios clínicos de baja complejidad se encuentran regidos por la Ley orgánica de Salud bajo el tratamiento de Establecimientos que Prestan Servicio de Apoyo Indirecto; esta ley en su Acuerdo-2016-Nº-0079 artículo 1 párrafo 3 nos indica que los establecimientos que prestan servicio de apoyo indirectos son aquellos en los que se diseñan, adaptan o fabrican unidades individualizadas para cada paciente en base a prescripción e indicación médica; y, aquellos en los que se desarrollan actividades que no requieren intervenciones quirúrgicas o medicamentos de prescripción médica. Dentro de este grupo se encuentra registrada la Junta Provincial De La Cruz Roja De Los Ríos. Además la ley y acuerdo mencionados anteriormente en su artículo 7 literal d) cita que es una obligación del responsable del establecimiento vigilar que este cuente con la documentación que le habilite su funcionamiento, acorde a los servicios que presta y actividad o actividades que en él se desarrollen. La institución no tiene fines de lucro, fue creada inicialmente con el fin de realizar actividades misionales con la ayuda de voluntarios, pero, ante la necesidad de la comunidad brinda el servicio de laboratorio clínico mismo por el que percibe ingresos para autosustentarse y continuar con su normal funcionamiento. | es_ES |
