| dc.description.abstract | Nuestro país actualmente sigue siendo reconocido por su cacao fino de aroma ya que cuenta con una excelente calidad y producción, siendo un rubro muy importante en la economía del país situándose en tercer lugar de los productos no petroleros principales del estado. El presente estudio de caso tiene como escenario principal la piladora San Miguel del Cantón Montalvo, La piladora se creó con el objetivo de brindar servicios necesarios para los agricultores del sector y crear fuentes de trabajo mejorando así la calidad de vida de la comunidad, la finalidad de este trabajo es analizar la “Producción y Comercialización de Cacao en la piladora San Miguel del Recinto La Maravilla”, que a continuación daré detalles en correlación a todas las acciones que se ejecutan sobre los métodos para la producción del cacao, también la forma en que se realiza el control de su producción, tendremos en cuenta el ingreso generado por producción durante los meses Noviembre, Diciembre y Enero correspondientes a los años 2015 y 2016, doy a conocer las carencias que tiene la piladora en base a su proceso contable y productivo, realizando comparaciones de los ingresos y gastos correspondientes a los periodos 2015, 2016. Su marco legal, su personalidad jurídica fue inscrita en el año 1985, teniendo como propietario al Sr. MIGUEL Angel Gaibor Secaira, empezando sus actividades comerciales como molinera de arroz. Su finalidad es servir a la comunidad del sector y zonas cercanas de la misma, el RUC correspondiente es el 0200094308001 persona natural, ceso sus actividades en el año 2013 al momento de fallecer Don Miguel Gaibor Secaira, las mismas se reiniciaron cuando la cónyuge de Don Miguel Gaibor se hizo cargo de las actividades del negocio. | es_ES |
