| dc.description | The work presented is part of the study of the management of taxes in the Fire Corps of the canton Vinces, serves to introduce us in a subject of great importance as it is the tax subject that governs the administrative development of this entity. In general, this work has been developed voluntarily in the desire to know the management of taxes within this institution and thus make an analysis of the regulation that regulates the financial activity, organization in the collection of taxes and integral functionality within the administration. Consideration is given to the special participation that in economic matters the Corps of Firemen of the canton Vinces maintains with the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the canton Vinces, the National Corporation of Electricity and the citizenship in general that also generates an own income by the services of implementation and installation of fire extinguishers. It is also conceived that the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the canton Vinces is an entity that is in charge of managing the prevention, protection and fire services within the jurisdiction; that through the approval of local public policies will be issued ordinances that contribute to maintain order in tax matters with the body attached to Fire Corps Vinces and other institutions that are required, so general statements are met with the efficient payment of taxes that correspond to you. The administration of the Corps of Firemen of the canton Vinces, tries to reach levels of cooperation and harmony with the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the canton Vinces. The National Electricity Corporation works in a way so that the revenues that correspond to it by regulation serve to reach the economic standard of this entity. In this scenario, the participation of these actors is crucial in order to achieve a only social, but also integral in a financial management that the object of sustainability in this entity. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo que se presenta forma parte del estudio del manejo de tributos en el Cuerpo de Bomberos del cantón Vinces, sirve para introducirnos en un tema de gran importancia como es la materia tributaria que rige el desarrollo administrativo de esta entidad. De forma general se ha desarrollado este trabajo por voluntad propia incentivada en el anhelo de conocer el manejo de tributos dentro de esta institución y así realizar un análisis de la normativa que regula la actividad financiera, organización en el cobro de tributos y funcionabilidad integral dentro de la administración. Se tiene en consideración la especial participación que en temas económicos el Cuerpo de Bomberos del cantón Vinces mantiene con el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Vinces, la Corporación Nacional de Electricidad y la ciudadanía en general que también genera un ingreso propio por los servicios de implementación e instalación de extintores de incendio. Se concibe también que el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Vinces es un ente que tiene a su cargo gestionar los servicios de prevención, protección y socorro contra incendios dentro de la jurisdicción; que mediante la aprobación de política públicas locales se expedirán ordenanzas que contribuyan a mantener el orden en temas tributarios con el ente adscrito Cuerpo de Bomberos del cantón Vinces y otras instituciones que son requeridas, para así con declaraciones generales se cumplan con el pago eficiente de tributos que le correspondan. La administración del Cuerpo de Bomberos del cantón Vinces, procura alcanzar niveles de cooperación y armonía con el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Vinces. La Corporación Nacional de Electricidad trabaja de manera para que los ingresos que por normativa le correspondan sirvan para alcanzar el estándar económico de esta entidad. En este escenario es trascendental la participación de estos actores con el fin de lograr un desarrollo no solamente social, sino también integral en un manejo financiero que el objeto de sostenibilidad en esta entidad. | es_ES |
