dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad la actuación del docente ha dejado de ser una actividad que se desarrolle primordialmente en el espacio físico del aula y que se limite a la enseñanza de contenidos curriculares y a las tradicionales actividades de clase. La labor docente entonces es regida por nuevas tendencia que requieren integrar el aprendizaje formal provisto en la escuela con el aprendizaje informal que se genera fuera de ella, así como la explotación positiva de aquellas situaciones de la vida cotidianas en las que participa el alumno y que pueden representar una experiencia de aprendizaje. El objetivo principal es determinar y concientizar a los directivos del plantel sobre el perfil pedagógico de los docentes para mejorar los resultados de aprovechamiento de los estudiantes. La permanente actualización académica permite al docente prepararse para vincularse con el saber acumulado, diagnosticar los problemas de aprendizaje de sus alumnos. Actualmente el perfil pedagógico de los docentes es tradicional, no se acoge a la realidad educativa ya que los docentes no se encuentran ubicados dentro de su perfil pedagógico, es por eso que el aprovechamiento de los estudiantes es regular. El siglo XXI es sinónimo de avances tecnológicos y cambios en la vida del ser humano, es por ello que el docente de este siglo debe estar en constante investigación, actualización y búsqueda de las herramientas que le permitan desarrollar adecuadamente el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, en concordancia con los avances y cambios de nuestros días.	es_ES
