The present experimental work was carried out with the objective of evaluating the productive behavior, carcass yield and morphology of lymphoid organs in broiler chickens, with the use of fruit flour (Artocarpus altilis) at 0%, 10%, 20%, 30 % as part of the diet. 96 unsexed chickens of the Cobb 500 strain, from 1 to 42 days of age, were used, randomly distributed in a completely randomized design (DCA), in four treatments and three repetitions with 8 chickens each. which will be distributed in 12 experimental units, 8 chickens for each unit. The treatments will be T0 with 0% h. of frutipán, T1 with 10% of the h. of frutipán, T2 with 20% of the h. of frutipán, T3 with 30%. Once this research was developed, a carcass yield of 76.80% at 0% was obtained, a carcass yield of 76.26% at 10% was obtained, and a carcass yield of 77.34% was obtained at 20%. At 30%, a carcass yield of 75.01% was obtained. The morphometric analysis was carried out in the fattening stage (26-42 days), recording data from 8 chickens per treatment in the fattening stage, obtaining weights in spleen, pouch and thymus. It was concluded that there were 0% significant differences in the morphometry of the lymphoid organs with the 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% treatments in the fattening stage in terms of the results of the treatments at day 42 on the productive indices. , the most viable was the 30% T3 treatment with 0% significant differences, presenting excellent productive performance and a cost/benefit ratio of $ 1.58 cents.es_ES
