The present research addresses the issue of, effects of the residuality of systemic and contact herbicides on productive soils, due to the increasing percentages of toxicity in agricultural soils. The objective sought in the research was to determine the effect of systemic and contact herbicides with productive soils, in addition to being able to detail in a concrete way what are the effects that these chemicals cause in soils. The development was based on compiling information regarding the residuality of herbicides in productive soils, in order to describe different agricultural techniques or practices that can counteract or mitigate the negative effect that these produce on agricultural soils and the main techniques that we learned about were the use of organic fertilizers, soil análisis crop rotation is also essential, and finally phytoremediation and bioremediation are techniques used by microorganisms in order to obtain benefits to improve the quality of soils and reduce the residue they contain. According to the analysis and understanding of the information, it was possible to conclude the effects of these herbicides can damage soils, crops and even the lives of consumers and that is why their use must be regulated immediately and small and large farmers who carry out these practices on a daily basis with systemic and contact herbicides must be trained.es_ES
