| dc.description | Administrative management in public companies is important for the timely development of the tasks performed, as well as the proper management of resources. It is the conjunction of the steps applied by managers, these are planning, organization, direction and control within the same, they provide experience to a company and it is used throughout the world because it allows the development and use of resources and money. In this sense, it allows tasks to be carried out in an orderly manner and accurate decisions to be made. The present case study focused on carrying out an analysis of the administrative management of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Ventanas canton during the period 2023. It is a public institution dedicated to providing service to the community through the efficient administration of the available assets of the canton, the methodological approach research method was used where research techniques were used through the application of a survey to the staff, and to the users of the institution, likewise, an evaluation matrix of the internal factors was carried out allowing the collection of relevant information where it was obtained that the municipality presents difficulties in the development of its functions due to poor planning and manual of processes that lead to the timely development of its actions to be efficient, therefore the response time of requests from citizens is high, which is why they feel dissatisfaction with the inefficient service offered by the municipality, in addition to not constantly training employees that allow them to expand their knowledge, develop skills to provide quality services to citizens. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La gestión administrativa en las empresas públicas es importante para el desarrollo oportuno de las tareas desempeñadas, así como el manejo adecuado de los recursos. Es la conjunción de los pasos aplicados por los directivos estos son la planificación, organización, dirección y control dentro de la misma aportan experiencia a una empresa y se utiliza en todo el mundo porque permite el desarrollo y aprovechamiento de recursos y dinero. En este sentido, permite dar cumplimiento a las labores de una forma ordenada y tomar decisiones certeras. El presente estudio de caso se centró en realizar un análisis de la gestión administrativa del Gobierno Autónomo descentralizado del cantón Ventanas durante el periodo 2023 es una institución pública dedicada a brindar servicio a la comunidad mediante la administración eficiente de los activos disponibles del cantón, se utilizó el método de investigación aproximación metodológica donde se usó técnicas de investigación mediante la aplicación de una encuesta al personal, y a los usuarios de la institución, asimismo se realizó una matriz de evaluación de los factores internos permitiendo la recolección de información relevante donde se obtuvo que el municipio presenta dificultades en el desarrollo de su funciones debido a una deficiente planificación y manual de procesos que encaminen al oportuno desenvolvimiento de sus acciones para ser eficientes, por lo consiguiente los tiempo de respuesta de solicitudes de la ciudadanía es alta por lo que sientes insatisfacción por el servicio poco eficiente que ofrece el municipio, además no capacitar constantemente a los empleados que le permitan ampliar sus conocimientos, desarrollar competencias para brindar servicios calidad a los ciudadanos. | es_ES |
