| dc.description | This case study was carried out in the Heavy Transport Company TONKA TRUCKS COMPANY – TONKATRUCKS S.A., seeking to learn about aspects of administrative management and understanding that proper management allows companies to meet their goals. For this reason, the general objective was: To analyze the administrative management of the company TONKA TRUCKS COMPANY TONKATRUCKS S.A., to improve its service. The methodology was descriptive, using the deductive and inductive method, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, techniques such as the survey and the interview were used, which were complemented with the MEFI tool. The results showed that there is poor administrative management, products of problems such as poor planning, lack of specialized personnel, lack of control and poor internal communication; which directly affects the quality of the service provided by the company. The research line was taken into account: Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management; The research subline: Public and private companies and institutions was also considered. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se ejecutó en la Compañía de Transporte Pesado TONKA TRUCKS COMPANY – TONKATRUCKS S.A., buscando conocer aspectos de la gestión administrativa y entendiendo que una adecuada administración permite a las empresas cumplir con sus metas. Por tal razón se consideró como objetivo general: Analizar la gestión administrativa de la compañía TONKA TRUCKS COMPANY TONKATRUCKS S.A., para el mejoramiento de su servicio. La metodología fue de tipo descriptivo, empleando el método deductivo e inductivo, con enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, se emplearon técnicas como la encuesta, la entrevista que se complementó con la herramienta MEFI. Los resultados evidenciaron que existe una gestión administrativa deficiente, productos de problemas como la mala planificación, falta de personal especializado, ausencia de control y mala comunicación interna; lo que afecta directamente la calidad del servicio prestado por la empresa. Se tomo en cuenta la línea de investigación: Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control; también se consideró la sublinea de investigación: Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas. | es_ES |
