dc.descriptionThe competitive environment refers to the conditions and actions that a company or business takes to compete with others in the same market or sector. For this reason, the objective of the study is to analyze the competitive environment of the Japan warehouse in the city of Babahoyo in the period 2023, to improve the level of sales and business growth. The scientific research method applied is called “Appreciative Inquiry”. The techniques for collecting information were: interview and SWOT. For this, a guide with open questions addressed to the administrator of the Japan Warehouse was used as an instrument, while for the second technique a SWOT matrix was used to evaluate the company's positioning in the market. The results of the research allowed us to conclude that Warehouse Japan is a competitive business in the market in which it operates, this has been achieved as a result of the quality products it offers to customers, competitive prices and exceptional customer service. The competitive environment that the analyzed company operates in offers exclusive products that the competition does not have because they are imported directly from Japan, something that the competition does not offer, this allows it to stand out in the white goods market where difference and quality are key. for success.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl entorno competitivo se refiere a las condiciones y acciones que efectúa una empresa o negocio para competir con otras del mismo mercado o sector. Por esta razón, el objetivo del estudio es analizar el entorno competitivo de almacén Japón en la ciudad de Babahoyo en el periodo 2023, para el mejoramiento del nivel de ventas y crecimiento empresarial. El método de investigación científica aplicado es el denominado “Indagación apreciativa”. Las técnicas para la recopilación de información fueron: entrevista y FODA. Para lo cual, se utilizó como instrumento una guía con preguntas abiertas direccionadas al administrador del Almacén Japón, mientras que para la segunda técnica se empleó una matriz FODA, para evaluar el posicionamiento de la empresa en el mercado. Los resultados de la investigación permitieron concluir que Almacén Japón, es un negocio competitivo en el mercado en el que se desenvuelve, esto se ha logrado como resultado de los productos de calidad que ofrece a los clientes, precios competitivos y el servicio al cliente excepcional. El entorno competitivo que se desenvuelve la empresa analizada, ofrece productos exclusivos que no tiene la competencia pues son importados directamente de Japón, algo que la competencia no ofrece, esto le permite destacarse en el mercado de línea blanca donde la diferencia y la calidad son claves para el éxito.es_ES
