| dc.description | This case study represents an analysis of the importance of virtualization in companies and the evolution of current technological infrastructures and how these drive a significant transformation in the management of computing resources, since they not only improve and take advantage of the use of hardware , but also offers unprecedented operational flexibility, allowing organizations to quickly adapt to the ever-changing business environment. Theoretical bases have been consulted in this work that have allowed the study of the evolution of servers and their impulse based on the need for greater processing power, energy efficiency and flexibility, as well as the way in which these virtualization technologies have revolutionized the use of servers, allowing multiple virtual servers to operate on a single physical hardware, improving resource utilization and operational flexibility. In this practical document for titration, a methodological study based on qualitative techniques has been adopted since they allow a more complete or extended understanding and is more closely linked to the analysis of the problem, related to virtualization infrastructures; This qualitative method provides a deep and detailed context, where an objective evaluation will be allowed and the impact and its results can be measured. Experts were interviewed for the development of this document who agreed that operational efficiency is one of the most outstanding benefits of virtualization, the efficiency of this technology allows a positive reflection on the effective centralized management of IT and the reduction of costs that They are beneficial for companies. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este caso de estudio representa un análisis acerca de la importancia de la virtualización en las empresas y la evolución de las infraestructuras tecnológicas actuales y como estas impulsan una transformación significativa en la gestión de recursos informáticos, ya que no solo mejoran y aprovechan el uso del hardware, sino que también ofrece una flexibilidad operativa sin precedentes, permitiendo a las organizaciones adaptarse rápidamente al entorno empresarial en constante cambio. Se han consultado en este trabajo bases teoricas que han permitido el estudio de la evolución de los servidores y su impulso impulso basado en la necesidad de mayor potencia de procesamiento, eficiencia energética y flexibilidad, asicomo tambien la forma en como estas tecnologías de virtualización han revolucionado el uso de servidores, permitiendo que múltiples servidores virtuales operen en un único hardware físico, mejorando la utilización de recursos y la flexibilidad operativa. En este documento practico para titulación, se ha adoptado un estudio metodológico basado en técnicas cualitativas ya que permiten una comprensión más completa o extendida y es más apegada al análisis del problema, relacionado con infraestructuras de virtualización; este método cualitativo proporciona un contexto profundo y detallado, donde se permitirá una evaluación de manera objetiva y se pueda medir el impacto y sus resultados. Se entrevistaron para el desarrollo de este documento a expertos que coincidieron en que la eficiencia operativa es uno de los beneficios más destacados de la virtualización, la eficiencia de esta tecnología permite un reflejo positivo en la gestión centralizada eficaz de TI y la reduccion de costos que son de beneficio para las empresas. | es_ES |
