| dc.description | This research focuses on making known the different types of sleep disorders and the impact they generate on the work performance of the inmates of the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro hospital. There are some factors that lead to the appearance of this pathology, which, if left untreated, can have major effects on the health of the person who suffers from it. In order to obtain information in relation to the research topic, the deductive method was applied as a research methodology, allowing the development of the application of a survey to the inmates of the aforementioned hospital, through the chosen instrument and thus fully understanding the real situation of the inmates. and take action if necessary. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación, se centra en dar a conocer los diferentes tipos de trastornos del sueño y cuál es el impacto que estos generan en el rendimiento laboral de los internos del hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro. Existen algunos factores que desarrollan la aparición de esta patología, que al no ser tratada puede generar grandes afectaciones en la salud de la persona que lo padece. Para poder obtener información en relación al tema de investigación se aplicó como metodología de investigación el método deductivo, permitiendo desarrollar la aplicación de una encuesta a los internos del hospital mencionado, a través del instrumento escogido y así conocer a fondo la situación real de los internos y tomar acciones en caso de ser necesario. | es_ES |
