| dc.description | The purpose of the investigative work with which this final report began was to examine how the risk factors affect the rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in those who go to the Los Ríos Sports Federation. In the course of carrying out the research, different empirical and theoretical methods of scientific research have been applied, with regard to the collection of data and subsequent analysis of results obtained in the research in all stages of scientific work. He used both mathematical and statistical methods in processing the information obtained, giving it the scientific value required. The diagnosis initially obtained was the justification given to the research, which revealed the number of athletes who had a cruciate ligament rupture in the period in which the study was carried out, which in turn reflected the shortcomings in terms of The warm-up prior to the start of the sport to be performed, this was the starting point in the development of an action plan, focused on providing a solution to the present scientific problem, which would lower the rate of patients with this injury. If the results obtained in the research are put into practice in the sports institution where the study was carried out, it would cause a positive and relevant impact on sports practice at the level of the province of Los Ríos, and would reduce the number of ligament ruptures. | dc.description.abstract | El trabajo investigativo con la que se inició este informe final tuvo como fin la de examinar como incide los factores de riesgo en la rotura de ligamento cruzado anterior en que acuden a la Federación Deportiva de Los Ríos. En el trayecto de la realización de la investigación se han aplicado diferentes métodos empíricos y teóricos de la investigación científica, en lo que respecta la recolección de datos y posterior análisis de resultados arrojados en la investigación en todas las etapas transitadas en el trabajo científico, se utilizó métodos tanto matemáticos como estadísticos en el procesamiento de la información obtenida dándole el valor científico que se requiere. El diagnostico obtenido inicialmente, fue la justificación que se le da a la investigación, el que revelo la cantidad de deportistas que tuvieron rotura de ligamento cruzado en el periodo en el que se desarrolló el estudio, lo que a su vez reflejo las falencias en cuanto a calentamiento previo al inicio del deporte a realizar, esto fue punto inicial en la elaboración de un plan de acción, enfocado a dar solución al problema científico presente, lo que bajaría el índice de pacientes con esta lesión. Si se ponen en práctica los resultados obtenidos en la investigación en la institución deportiva en la que se realizó el estudio, causaría un impacto positivo y relevante en la práctica deportiva a nivel de la provincia de Los Ríos, y disminuiría el número de rotura de ligamento cruzado. | es_ES |
