dc.descriptionNursing staff, due to the characteristics of their daily activities with high demands and various psychosocial factors, are more vulnerable to suffering from Burnout syndrome. Objective: Determine the psychosocial risk factors and their relationship with Burnout syndrome in nursing professionals at the Yaguachi Hospital, province of Guayas, period November 2023-April 2024. Methodology: Non-experimental, descriptive, transversal, prospective and quantitative, with a sample of 10 nursing graduates, using two questionnaires as an instrument and the survey as a technique. Results: characteristics of the participants, age group from 31 to 35 years (30.0%) and from 25 to 30 years (30.0%), female sex (100.0%) and work experience from 6 to 10 years (50.0%). 0%); exposed to high psychosocial risk (50.0%), mainly in dimensions of workload and work pace (70.0%) and leadership (40.0%); presence of Burnout (10.0%) and according to dimensions, emotional exhaustion (medium 50.0% and high 50.0%), high depersonalization (100.0%) and average level of personal fulfillment (90.0%); in the psychosocial risks associated with Burnout, load and pace, leadership, scope for action and control, work organization and support and support (p= <0.005). Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a relationship between psychosocial factors and the presence of Burnout syndrome.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl personal de enfermería por las características de sus actividades cotidianas con altas exigencias y diversos factores psicosociales, presentan mayor vulnerabilidad a padecer síndrome de Burnout. Objetivo: Determinar los factores de riesgo psicosocial y su relación con el síndrome de Burnout en profesionales de enfermería del Hospital Yaguachi, provincia del Guayas, periodo noviembre 2023-abril 2024. Metodología: No experimental, descriptiva, transversal, prospectiva y cuantitativa, con una muestra de 10 licenciadas de enfermería, empleando dos cuestionarios como instrumento y la encuesta como técnica. Resultados: características de participantes, grupo etario de 31 a 35 años (30,0%) y 25 a 30 años (30,0%), sexo femenino (100,0%) y 6 a 10 años de experiencia laboral (50,0%); expuesto a alto riesgo psicosocial (50,0%), principalmente en dimensiones carga y ritmo laboral (70,0%) y liderazgo (40,0%); presencia de Burnout (10,0%) y según dimensiones, agotamiento emocional (medio 50,0% y alto 50,0%), alta despersonalización (100,0%) y nivel medio de realización personal (90,0%); en los riesgos psicosociales asociados a Burnout, carga y ritmo, liderazgo, margen de acción y control, organización del trabajo y soporte y apoyo (p= <0,005). Conclusión: Se concluye que existe relación entre factores psicosociales y la presencia del síndrome de Burnout.es_ES
