| dc.description | This case study is carried out in the city of Babahoyo with the topic titled Degree of Competitiveness in the Legal Corporation Abg. Carlos Cárdenas y Asociados, in the city of Babahoyo in the period 2023, is located on General Barahona and August 10 streets (In front of the Los Ríos prosecutor's office), several factors were identified that are called problems where the corporation faces a significant pressure to require careful strategies to maintain profitability and the need for differentiation from other law firms in order to evaluate the degree of competitiveness of numerous competitors at the local level. The methodology applied consisted of the mixed approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods with techniques that were surveys and the SWOT matrix. The results reveal a generally positive outlook, since although the degree of competitiveness with other law firms is high due to the area in which the corporation is located, the surveys showed that users are highly happy with the ability to solve problems, as well The professionalism of the legal team stands out a lot for its seriousness at the time of a specific case and also for its good reputation. It can be concluded that the Legal Corporation Abg. Carlos Cárdenas y Asociados, has a degree of competitiveness and a solid foundation for growth and continuous improvement. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se realiza en la ciudad de Babahoyo con el tema titulado Grado De Competitividad en la Corporación Jurídica Abg. Carlos Cárdenas y Asociados, en la ciudad de Babahoyo en el periodo 2023, está ubicado en las calles General Barahona y 10 de agosto (Frente a la fiscalía de los Ríos), se identificaron varios factores que se denominan problemáticas donde la corporación se enfrenta a una presión significativa sobre requerir estrategias cuidadosas para mantener la rentabilidad y la necesidad de diferenciación ante otros bufetes de abogados con el objetivo de evaluar el grado de competitividad de numerosos competidores en el ámbito local. La metodología aplicada consistió en el enfoque mixto que combina métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos con técnicas que fueron las encuestas y la matriz FODA. Los resultados revelan un panorama generalmente positivo, ya que, aunque el grado de competitividad con otros estudios jurídicos sea elevado por el área en el que se encuentra ubicada la corporación, las encuestas demostraron que los usuarios están altamente contentos por la habilidad de resolver problemas, también destacan mucho lo que es el profesionalismo del equipo legal por su seriedad al momento de un caso en específico y también por la buena reputación. Se puede concluir que la Corporación Jurídica Abg. Carlos Cárdenas y Asociados, tiene un grado de competitividad y una base sólida para el crecimiento y la mejora continua. | es_ES |
