| dc.description | Small micro - enterprises tend to have problems during the procurement of raw materials, to meet their production of products, reason that occurs due to the lack of management that exists within the company, this case study entitled "Supply Management Warehouse Accomplices Of Love, From The City Of Milagro, Period 2023" has as general objective the analysis of supplies through observation and research tools during the acquisition of materials made in the entity. The correct supply management in SMEs helps to have a balance and good management of its stock through a stable relationship with its suppliers and the optimization of time and cost of supplies. This case study is framed under the established guidelines of the Technical University of Babahoyo with which it has been possible to determine and know the problematic factors that occur in the store Complies de Amor, this identification of deficits in their supply management has caused losses of both supplies and customers. For this reason, this case study will propose that the company performs a continuous monitoring of suppliers, keeps a record of its inventory and among others that will be detailed in the outcome of this document. A good supply management guarantees the efficiency of the companies, improves its image before the competition, and generates the loyalty of its customers to the organization. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Las micro - empresas tienden a tener problemas durante la obtención de la materia prima, para cumplir con su producción de productos, motivo que se da por la falta de gestión que existe dentro de la empresa, el presente caso de estudio titulado “Gestión De Abastecimiento Del Almacén Cómplices De Amor, De La Ciudad De Milagro, Periodo 2023” tiene como objetivo general el análisis de abastecimientos a través de la observación y herramientas de investigación durante la adquisición de materiales que realizan en la entidad. La correcta gestión de abastecimiento en las pymes ayuda a tener un equilibrio y buen manejo de su stock por medio de la relación estable con sus proveedores y la optimización de tiempos y costos de los suministros. Este estudio de caso está enmarcado bajo los lineamientos establecidos de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo con los cuales se ha podido determinar y conocer los factores problemáticos que se presentan en el almacén Cómplices de Amor, esta identificación de déficit en su aprovisionamiento ha ocasionado pérdidas tanto de insumos como clientes. Por esta razón el presente estudio de caso planteara que la empresa realice un monitoreo continuo de los proveedores, lleve un registro de su inventario y entre otros que se detallaran en el desenlace de este documento. Una buena gestión de abastecimiento garantiza la eficiencia de las empresas, mejora su imagen ante la competencia, además genera la fidelización de sus clientes ante la organización. | es_ES |
