| dc.description | A case study titled "Administrative Management in the Company Fungisagro S.A. of the City of Babahoyo" addresses as the main deficit in the execution of administrative processes, its general objective is to evaluate the administration during the period 2023 to determine the impact that has on the profitability of the company, through the descriptive and quantitative approach using methods such as survey and interview, which made it easier to establish the elements that negatively affect business administration such as the lack of structured planning and decision making. The lack of these procedures prevents the achievement of the stated objectives, this demotivates the staff since they lack the necessary knowledge on how to perform and operate effectively in their work areas to generate positive results, so in this research effective alternatives will be found such as recommendations for the company to implement. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Un estudio de caso titulado "Gestión Administrativa en la Empresa Fungisagro S.A. de la Ciudad de Babahoyo" aborda como principal el déficit de ejecución de los procesos administrativos, tiene como objetivo general evaluar la administración durante el periodo 2023 para determinar así cual es el impacto que tiene en la rentabilidad de la empresa, mediante el enfoque descriptivo y cuantitativo empleando los métodos como la encuesta y la entrevista, los cuales facilitaron establecer los elementos que inciden negativamente en la administración empresarial como la carencia de una planificación estructurada y la toma de decisiones. Las faltas de estos procedimientos impiden el logro de los objetivos planteados, esto desmotiva al personal dado que carecen del conocimiento necesario sobre cómo desempeñarse y operar eficazmente en sus áreas de trabajo para generar resultados positivos, por lo que en esta investigación se encontraran alternativas eficaces como recomendaciones para que la empresa ponga en marcha. | es_ES |
