dc.descriptionThe case study entited “Sales levels of the compay Ziwis S.A. in Babahoyo during the period 2023” is dedicated to offer laboratory services for the different clinical análisis required by the client. The objective of the study is to evaluate the sales indexes in order to detect the shortcomings that occur in the laboratory. In addition, the comparative análisis method was applied because it favors to contrast the sales levels abtained in the two previous periods and thus observe the evolution of their income if they have increased or decreased, emphasizing the factors that influence the economic growth of the organization. Therefore, the techniques applied in the case study were: the comparative table and the interview, obtaining relevant and accurate information to address this problema. This case study is contextualized according to the guidelines proposed by the Babahoyo Technical University, through which it evaluates and analyzes the elements on which the problems encountered in Ziwis S.A are based. Consequently, it has identified low income and increased its expenses and expenditures in which it is not profitable enough to achive its aspirations focused on the goals. In addition, the factors that influence in one way or another their economic performance were identified such as market competition, the ability to innovate, trends in the health area, changes in policies and maintenance costs of the equipment used in the clinical laboratory. dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso titulado “Niveles de ventas de la empresa Ziwis S.A del cantón Babahoyo durante el periodo 2023” se dedica a ofrecer servicios de laboratorio para los diferentes análisis clínicos que requiere el cliente. El objetivo del estudio es evaluar los índices de ventas para detectar las falencias que ocurren en el laboratorio. Además, se aplicó el método de análisis comparativo debido a que favorece para contrastar los ingresos obtenidos en los dos periodos anteriores y así observar la evolución de sus ingresos si han aumentado o disminuidos, haciendo énfasis en los factores que influyen en el crecimiento económico de la organización. Por consiguiente, se aplicó las técnicas en el estudio de caso como son: las técnicas del cuadro comparativo y la entrevista obteniendo información relevante y precisa para abordar esta problemática. Este estudio de caso está contextualizado en función de la dirección de los lineamientos propuestos por la Universidad Técnicas de Babahoyo, a través de las cuales se evalúa y analiza los elementos en el que se fundamentan los problemas surgidos en Ziwis S.A. Por consiguiente, se ha identificado bajos ingresos y han aumentados sus egresos y gastos en el cual no es lo suficientemente rentable para lograr sus aspiraciones enfocadas en las metas. Además, se identificó los factores que influyen de una u otra manera en su rendimiento económicos como es la competencia en el mercado, la capacidad de innovar, tendencias en el área de salud, cambios en las políticas y costos de mantenimiento de los equipos que se utilizan en el laboratorio clínico.
