| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de titulación referente a sobre la gestión de tesorería en el GAD Parroquial Rural San Juan en el año 2023, se evidencian que dificultan la implementación de programas de desarrollo de tesorería y la retención del personal calificado. Debido a las deficiencias en la especialización en recursos humanos se generan procesos de selección poco y la incapacidad de identificar y desarrollar el potencial de los empleados, por otro lado, la ausencia de acceso a oportunidades de formación y capacitación limita el crecimiento profesional. La comunicación interna puede es un desafío debido a la estructura jerárquica, que a veces obstaculiza el flujo de información.
