It was formed through the research line “Financial Management, Administration, Taxation, Audit and Control” and is part of the “Marketing and Commercialization” subline. This work applies research methods to the different needs of clients to find out their preferences and the hypothetical deductive procedure that allows us to analyze the data obtained and create an argument about it. In addition, the following research techniques were used: interview with the owner of the company. To develop the work, it was necessary to identify the existing weak points in the company, such as deficiencies in marketing strategies, lack of advertising and sales promotion, which is why the company wants to optimize the marketing process.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste caso de estudio consiste en un análisis de la estrategia de marketing. En la Consultoría RD que se dedica a brindar servicios con experiencia en temas tributarios, abrir cuentas bancarias y pagos de western Unión de la ciudad de Babahoyo. Se formó mediante la línea de investigación “Gestión financiera, Administración, Tributación, Auditoría y Control” y se enmarca en la sublinea de “Marketing y Comercialización”. El presente trabajo aplica métodos de investigación a las diferentes exigencias de los clientes para enterarnos de sus preferencias y el procedimiento hipotético deductivo que nos permite analizar los datos obtenidos y crear un argumento al respecto. Además, se utilizaron las siguientes técnicas de investigación: entrevista al dueño de la empresa. Para desarrollar el trabajo fue necesario identificar los puntos débiles existentes en la empresa, tales como deficiencias en las estrategias de marketing, falta de publicidad y promoción de ventas, por eso la empresa quiere optimizar el proceso de marketing.es_ES
