| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente estudio de caso está principalmente centrado en la Gestión Financiera del Departamento de Rentas Internas del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Baba, ejecutaron los diferentes análisis donde se evalúan la eficiencia de las ejecuciones administrativas y tributarias llevadas a cabo asociando áreas eficientes de mejora continua. El resultado positivo presentado se observa cómo se incluyen la necesidad de fortalecer el sistema tributario local, consolidar la transparencia en la rendición de cuentas, la mejora de los procesos internos y la asignación de recursos estableciendo una planificación financiera a largo plazo para reducir los costos operativos y aumentar efectivamente la eficiencia. Aprobar actividades de declaración tributaria mejorando el acceso a servicios tributarios a través de la tecnología, fortalecer el control interno, capacitar al personal en buenas prácticas de gestión financiera y administrativa, a través de planes financieros de largo plazo fomentando la cooperación entre organizaciones. Estas recomendaciones están diseñadas para mejorar la eficiencia, transparencia y sostenibilidad de la gestión financiera del Gobierno Municipal de Baba y contribuir al desarrollo general de la comunidad y la salud y limpieza de los residentes. | es_ES |
