In the period 2021- 2022 of the current scenario reveals that ENGEN S.A. has experienced a financial management that makes it difficult to find the perfect balance between the desired growth and the quality of its services in order to expand its operations and its scale in the market. The following case study reflects the excessive and unplanned hiring that can result in an operational overload, where the quality of work may decrease due to the lack of properly trained and experienced personnel. The importance of this research lies in its ability to delve into the complexities of financial management within the engineering and construction sector, an area critical to the economic development and infrastructure of any society. it represents a case study to explore how internal management practices can decisively influence financial performance. The purpose of the case study is to evaluate the financial management of the period 2021-2022, in order to determine how financial management influences the profitability of the company because by identifying and analyzing the financial management processes through the internal control matrix, we seek to determine the effectiveness of these systems in preventing risks, ensuring the reliability of financial information and compliance with applicable regulations.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa empresa de ingeniería integral y construcción ENGEN S.A con RUC# 1291765609001 que se encuentra ubicada la ciudad de Babahoyo en la Avenida Juan Agnoletto entre las calles Juan X Marcos y García Moreno, especializados en la industria de financiamiento empresarial, consta con su Actividad principal de Construcción de Autopistas, Calles, Puentes, de construcción de Líneas de Agua y Alcantarillado, consta actualmente de 30 empleados en Babahoyo. En el periodo 2021- 2022 del panorama actual revela que ENGEN S.A. ha experimentado una gestión financiera que dificulta encontrar el equilibrio perfecto entre el crecimiento deseado y la calidad de sus servicios con la finalidad de expandir sus operaciones y su escala en el mercado. Se refleja en el siguiente estudio de caso la contratación desmedida y no planificada que se puede resultar en una sobrecarga operativa, donde la calidad del trabajo puede disminuir debido a la falta de personal debidamente capacitado y experimentado. La importancia de esta investigación radica en su capacidad para profundizar en las complejidades de la gestión financiera dentro del sector de la ingeniería y construcción, un ámbito crítico para el desarrollo económico y la infraestructura de cualquier sociedad. representa un caso expuesto para explorar cómo las prácticas de administración interna que pueden influir decisivamente en los resultados financieros. El propósito del estudio de caso es evaluar la gestión financiera de del periodo 2021-2022, para poder determinar cómo influye la gestión financiera en la rentabilidad de la empresa porque al identificar y analizar los procesos de gestión financiera a través de la matriz de control interno, se busca determinar la eficacia de estos sistemas en la prevención de riesgos, aseguramiento de la fiabilidad de la información financiera y el cumplimiento de las normativas aplicables.es_ES
