| dc.description | The National Telecommunications Corporation, or CNT EP for short, is an Ecuadorian public company established on October 30, 2008 to provide Ecuadorians with telecommunications and information and communication technology services. However, this public institution was created by the union of the defunct companies Andinatel S.A and Pacifictel S.A. The mandatory area of the CNT EP is responsible for the recovery of two types of client portfolios: extrajudicial and judicial (or mandatory), all collection processes are regulated by internal regulations such as the Regulation for the Exercise of Mandatory Jurisdiction, and by Ecuadorian legislation. Regarding the recovery of monetary resources, the public body carries out and executes all its collection procedures under the Regulation for the Exercise of Mandatory Jurisdiction and other internal regulations, as well as Ecuadorian legislation. It should be noted that the collection strategy for telecommunications services provided by CNT EP includes the following steps: collection, early portfolio recovery, and extrajudicial and judicial (or mandatory) portfolio recovery. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La Corporación Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, o CNT EP para abreviar, es una empresa pública ecuatoriana establecida el 30 de octubre de 2008 para brindar a los ecuatorianos servicios de telecomunicaciones y tecnología de la información y la comunicación. Sin embargo, esta institución pública fue creada por la unión de las extintas empresas Andinatel S.A y Pacifictel S.A. El área obligatoria de la CNT EP se encarga de la recuperación de dos tipos de carteras de clientes: extrajudicial y judicial (u obligatoria), todos los procesos de cobranza están regulados por normas internas como el Reglamento para el Ejercicio de la Jurisdicción Obligatoria, y por legislación ecuatoriana. En cuanto a la recuperación de recursos dinerarios, el organismo público realiza y ejecuta todos sus procedimientos de recaudación al amparo del Reglamento para el Ejercicio de la Jurisdicción Obligatoria y demás normas internas, así como de la legislación ecuatoriana. Cabe señalar que la estrategia de cobranza de los servicios de telecomunicaciones que presta la CNT EP incluye los siguientes pasos: cobranza, recuperación anticipada de cartera y recuperación extrajudicial y judicial (u obligatoria) de cartera. | es_ES |
