| dc.description | Dyslexia negatively affects the reading process and academic performance of fourth-grade students in General Basic Education. The purpose of this project is to strengthen educational quality by providing training to teachers and legal representatives, who are also parents, in order to improve students' academic performance through the design of a Methodological Guide for the Educational Community. The difficulties children face in key areas such as reading and writing, which are foundational to the teaching process, lead to low self-esteem and isolation, resulting in insecure and introverted children. Reading and writing skills are present in all areas of learning and are crucial for successful education, enabling children to feel competent in different situations and settings. However, when they do not master these core actions in the teaching-learning process, it creates isolation and insecurity in them. Students experiencing difficulties in reading and writing can be supported by timely assistance from teachers, parents, and, if necessary, a professional in Psychopedagogy. The content of this educational project is divided into five chapters, each containing scientific, bibliographic, and field information related to the research topic. A cultural and social perspective is important to fully understand the significance of the reading process in students' teaching and learning. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La dislexia interviene de una manera negativa en el proceso lectora y en el rendimiento escolar de los niños y niñas del Cuarto Año de Educación General Básica. El propósito de este proyecto es ayudar con el fortalecimiento de la calidad educativa través del adiestramiento a docentes y representantes legales que a su vez son los padres de familia para beneficiar el rendimiento escolar de los estudiantes mediante el Diseño de una Guía Metodológica para la Comunidad Educativa. Las dificultades que presentan los niños en las principales áreas como la lectura y escritura que son las bases en el proceso de enseñanza provocan en los niños baja autoestima y aislamiento trayendo como consecuencia niños inseguros e introvertidos. Las habilidades de la lectura y la escritura están presentes en todas las áreas de aprendizaje y son importantes para lograr un buen aprendizaje. Sintiéndose niños competentes en diferentes situaciones y escenarios. Pero cuando no dominan estas acciones principales que son en el proceso de enseñanza –aprendizaje crea en ellos aislamiento e inseguridad. Los estudiantes al manifestar dificultad tanto en la lectura como en la escritura podrán ser minimizadas con la ayuda oportuna de los maestros, padres de familia y si el caso lo requieran por un profesional en Psicopedagogía. El contenido del presente proyecto educativo se encuentra dividido en cinco capítulos cada uno de ellos con información científica, bibliográfica y de campo del tema de investigación. Una perspectiva cultural, social resulta importante para llegar a comprender a profundidad de lo importante que es el proceso lector en la enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes. | es_ES |
