The consequences of the injury, subsequent challenges, rehabilitation processes and the approach to physiotherapy treatment are addressed. The patient, who leads an active life and has no underlying diseases, presents balance deficits and muscle atrophy. The main objective of physiotherapy intervention is to improve gait, balance and muscle strength, in addition to restoring lost muscle volume. | es_ES |

Se abordan las consecuencias de la lesión, los desafíos posteriores, los procesos de rehabilitación y el enfoque del tratamiento fisioterapéutico. El paciente, que lleva una vida activa y carece de enfermedades subyacentes, presenta déficits en el equilibrio y atrofia muscular.
