dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso titulado: Gestión administrativa de la empresa de transporte Transpiedrahita S.A de la ciudad de Guayaquil en el periodo 2022, tiene como objetivo general analizar cada uno de los proceso que se están aplicando en la administración de esta compañía, donde se utilizó el método cuantitativo y cualitativo mediante las técnicas de entrevista y encuestas para determinar con exactitud las problemáticas presentadas en la gestión administrativa de la empresa de transporte, por ende una vez realizado todo el seguimiento en la investigación se tuvo como conclusión que los sistemas administrativos contables se desarrollan sin procesos y procedimientos técnicos eficientes, los choferes tienen sobrecarga de trabajo, además de que no cuentan con debido conocimientos sobre las normas de seguridad que deben seguir para poder realizar las entregas y servicios de las cargas a los clientes, lo cual está dando un resultado negativo para la empresa ya que muchas veces las movilizaciones de las rutas de envío sobrepasan las 8 horas, generando un descontento en los clientes, ya que ellos prefieren un servicio óptimo y de calidad que no los haga perder su valioso tiempo, es decir que en el periodo 2022 la fidelidad de los clientes ha disminuido en base a la empresa, por lo cual ellos prefieren irse a la competencia, ocasionando así una déficit en los ingresos significativos de la empresa, lo cual le preocupa al propietario ya que si no se encuentra una posible solución la empresa podría entrar en un periodo de cierre total.es_ES
