The survey technique is used and the population is made up of 85 patients treated in a period of six months. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se enfoca en los factores de riesgo asociados a las afecciones en la salud visual de los pacientes atendidos en el Subcentro Lucha Obrera; La revisión de la literatura especializada en el tema de salud visual indica que existen múltiples factores que pueden incidir. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar los factores de riesgo que inciden significativamente en la salud visual de los pacientes entre 40 y 50 años atendidos en el Subcentro Lucha Obrera de la ciudad de Babahoyo. Los Ríos. Ecuador en el periodo junio - octubre 2023. La investigación es de corte transversal, diseño cuantitativo correlacional. Se emplea la técnica de la encuesta y la población está conformada por 85 pacientes atendidos en un periodo de seis meses. En los resultados se obtuvo que el principal factor de riesgo que influye en la salud visual es la diabetes, el cual se manifiesta en un 12,9% en las mujeres y 5,9% en varones, mismos que representan el 18,8% de la población estudiada. | es_ES |
