dc.description | The clinical case of a 60-year-old male patient with a diagnosis of Ogilvie and Schizophrenia is presented. Ogilvie Syndrome is a normal intestinal dysfunction through the colon without an obvious mechanical cause, and Schizophrenia is a neuropsychiatric disorder of unknown etiology. The objective of this clinical case is to assess the nutritional status of the patient through anthropometric, biochemical, clinical/physical and dietary indicators, to obtain a nutritional diagnosis and intervene with a dietary plan according to the patient's nutritional needs, allowing favorable results. evidenced in nutritional monitoring. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Se presenta el caso clínico de un paciente masculino de 60 años con diagnóstico de Ogilvie y Esquizofrenia. El Síndrome de Ogilvie es una disfunción intestinal normal a través del colon sin una causa mecánica obvia, y la Esquizofrenia es un trastorno neuropsiquiátrico de etiología desconocida. El objetivo de este caso clínico es valorar el estado nutricional del paciente por medio de indicadores antropométricos, bioquímicos, clínicos / físicos y dietéticos, para obtener un diagnóstico nutricional e intervenir con un plan alimenticio acorde a las necesidades nutricionales del paciente, que permitan resultados favorables evidenciados en el seguimiento nutricional. | es_ES |
