dc.descriptionIn the present case study, nursing care processes are carried out on a 65-year-old patient with ankle joint dislocation and trimalleolar fracture with a history of type 2 diabetes mellitus, so based on his clinical condition it should be stated that the patient was admitted with intense pain, so the primary objective of this work is to implement nursing interventions in said patient to improve her state of health and at the same time, in this case, the nursing interventions will be implemented in said patient to improve her condition. health status and in turn the appropriate nursing diagnoses are determined to provide the necessary interventions and satisfy the patient's needs. In the present study, the theoretical support is made based on the pathology presented by the patient and at the same time on the investigative background that allows guaranteeing an adequate foundation. The result was also that thanks to the correct nursing diagnoses, an adequate recovery of the patient could be guaranteed. That is why it must be concluded that the activities carried out greatly benefited the patient's recovery and also educated the patient to maximize self-care.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio de caso se lleva a cabo procesos de atención en enfermería en paciente de 65 años de edad con luxación de la articulación del tobillo y fractura trimaleolar con antecedentes de diabetes mellitus tipo 2 por lo que basado a su cuadro clínico se debe manifestar que la paciente ingresó con dolor intenso por lo que en este trabajo se posee como objetivo primordial implementar las intervenciones de enfermería en dicha paciente para mejorar su estado de salud y a su vez en este mismo se implementar las intervenciones de enfermería en dicha paciente para mejorar su estado de salud y a su vez se determinan los diagnósticos de enfermería adecuados para brindar las intervenciones necesarias y poder satisfacer las necesidades del paciente. En el presente estudio se realiza la sustentación teórica basado en la patología que presenta el paciente y a su vez de los antecedentes investigativos que permiten garantizar una adecuada fundamentación. Se obtuvo como resultado además que gracias a los diagnósticos de enfermería acertados se pudo garantizar una adecuada recuperación de la paciente. Es por ello que se debe concluir en que las actividades desarrolladas beneficiaron en gran manera a la recuperación de la paciente y además se pudo educar a la misma para maximizar el autocuidado.es_ES
