| dc.description | In the present case study, a study is reported on a 17-year-old patient with severe preeclampsia in whom the Blue key is activated due to high blood pressure at an older age, which gives a score of four, in addition to them. implements all the same as one of the nursing actions in order to treat the patient. Through the application of nursing care processes, the patient's improvement is achieved. In the present case study, each and every one of the nursing actions is implemented in which the administration of nursing actions has been allowed that has achieved that the patient presents improvements, which has greatly benefited her recovery. In addition to them, each and every one of the objectives set has been met, thus allowing their fulfillment to be achieved. Furthermore, it is important to indicate that the patient received each and every one of the nursing care that allowed her to complete her pregnancy and obtain a unique product in adequate conditions. It should be noted that in this study we can know which were the main symptoms that allowed the activation of the obstetric key and in turn implement nursing actions. Lastly, but not least, it should be mentioned that this case study based on an obstetric patient greatly benefited her recovery and great knowledge was obtained in the field of care. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de caso se da a conocer acerca de un estudio sobre una paciente de 17 años de edad con preeclampsia severa en la cual se activa clave Azul por presentar presión arterial elevada más edad lo cual da un puntaje de cuatro además de ellos se implementa todas igual a una de las acciones de enfermería con el fin de tratar a la paciente. Mediante la aplicación de los procesos de atención enfermería se logra la mejoría de la paciente. En el presente estudio de caso se implementan todas y cada una de las acciones de enfermería en las cuales se ha permitido la administración de las acciones de enfermería que han logrado que la paciente presente mejoras por lo que se ha beneficiado en gran manera a su recuperación además de ellos se han cumplido todos y cada uno de los objetivos planteados permitiendo así que se logre el cumplimiento de los mismos. Además, es importante indicar que la paciente recibió todos y cada uno de los cuidados de enfermería que le permitieron culminar su embarazo y obtener un producto único en adecuadas condiciones. Cabe recalcar que en este estudio podemos conocer cuáles fueron las principales sintomatologías que permitieron la activacion de la clave obstétrica y a su vez implementar acciones de enfermería. Finalmente, pero no menos importante se debe de mencionar que este estudio de caso basado en una paciente obstétrica beneficio en gran manera a la recuperación de la misma y se obtuvieron grandes conocimientos en el ámbito asistencial. | es_ES |
