| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación sobre la implementación y control de caja chica en la empresa Constructora Ledesma & Ledesma Construccled S.A en la ciudad de Babahoyo en el periodo 2022. La empresa se dedica a la construcción tanto de viviendas como de carreteras, la cual fue creada en el año 2017 y se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad del Cantón Babahoyo. Donde la implementación de una caja chica para la empresa es de suma importancia, debido a que esta hace referencia a un fondo pequeño y administrado con precisión, utilizado por las empresas para manejar gastos menores de manera eficiente y controlada. Por lo cual, el objetivo de la investigación es Determinar procesos del manejo del fondo caja chica en la empresa constructora Ledesma & Ledesma Construccled S. A. Además, se implementó la línea de investigación “Gestión financiera, tributaria, auditoría y control” y la sublínea “Auditoría y Control”.
