dc.description | Stillbirths are occurring with alarming frequency in many countries. And although some progress has been made in reducing the overall stillbirth rate, progress is uneven. A fetal stillbirth is defined as one that occurs after 20 weeks gestation or at a fetal weight > 500 g when gestational age is uncertain. It is one of the most common adverse outcomes in the world. The objective of this clinical case was to develop the Nursing Care Process in a 28-week pregnant woman with fetal death. This complication, based on the fetal weeks, can have the following categories: early fetal death, this time range includes 22 to 28 weeks; late fetal death develops when it goes from 29 to 36 weeks; and term fetal death is defined when it is greater than 37 weeks. In this clinical work, the role of the nurse in the process of attention and care of the patients diagnosed with fetal death is discussed. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
