Currently, early attachment constitutes an integrated practice considered within Mother and Child Friendly Health Establishments (ESAMYN) for the care of the mother-child binomial, whose procedure is carried out immediately after birth and consists of the approach skin to skin of the newborn with its mother. The work highlights the importance of the attachment that must exist between the mother and the newborn, since it creates emotional bonds, providing great benefits in the physiological and psychological development of children. Given the importance of the topic, it is proposed to determine the application and effects of early attachment as an integrated practice of the ESAMyN component during cephalo-vaginal birth, at the Dr. León Becerra Camacho Hospital. For its execution, the analysis and synthesis methodology on compliance with early attachment procedures was used. According to the results obtained from the sample of 108 women studied, 58% were attended for cephalo-vaginal birth, early attachment was applied to 75%, the average age was 20 to 29 years, with an average of 1 to 2 children, 43% experienced that their daughter/daughter let them cry, 62% developed the emotional bond between the mother and the newborn, 87% regularized the baby’s emotions, the time spent on their chest was 10 min with 48 %; Therefore, at the León Becerra Hospital, compliance with early attachment is adequate; However, strategies must be promoted that allow for its adequate application and complete compliance.es_ES
