| dc.description | The development of this research is based on the psychosocial factors that affect the health of pregnant women from 14 to 17 years of age attended at the "Lucha Obrera" health center, where it has been analyzed that the process of gestation in adolescents has become a health problem where there are variations in the social aspects generating negative impacts. The objective was to determine the incidence of psychosocial factors on the health of pregnant women between 14 and 17 years of age attended at the "Lucha Obrera" health center from June to December 2022. In reference to the methodology proposed for this study, it will be based on a basic-non-experimental type of research that will focus on the study and understanding of the problems and phenomena without being able to manipulate each of the variables that have been proposed in the research idea or topic. Based on the results, it has been evidenced that there are emotional problems such as anxiety, sadness, anger and fear, on the other hand, in the social aspects it has been determined that there are changes in the social stratum, the location of residences in rural and urban-marginal areas that reside with greater incidence in this study. Based on the results, the psycho-social factors in pregnant adolescents have been described, including the lack of sex education, social and economic status, emotional stress, low self-esteem, and low levels of education, which generates the interrelation of these factors and contributes to the problem of the experience of pregnant adolescents. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de esta investigación se basa en los factores psico-sociales que inciden en la salud de las gestantes de 14-17 años atendidas en el centro de salud "Lucha Obrera", donde se ha analizado que el proceso de gestación en adolescentes se ha tornado un problema de salud donde hay variaciones en los aspectos sociales generando impactos negativos. En cuanto al objetivo planteado, determinar la incidencia de los factores psico-sociales en la salud de las gestantes de 14-17 años atendidas en el centro de salud "Lucha obrera" de junio-diciembre 2022. En referencia a la metodología planteada para este estudio se basará en una investigación de tipo básica-no experimental que se centrará en el estudio y comprender de los problemas y fenómenos sin poder manipular cada una de las variables que se han planteado en la idea o tema de investigación. En base a los resultados se ha evidenciado que existen problemas emocionales como ansiedad, tristeza, enojo y susto, por su parte en los aspectos sociales se determina que existen cambios en el estrato social, la ubicación de residencias en zonas rurales y urbana-marginal que radica con mayor incidencia en este estudio. En base a los resultados, se han descrito los factores psico-sociales en las adolescentes gestantes donde incluye la falta de educación sexual, estrato social y económico, estrés emocional, baja autoestima y bajos nivele de educación, lo que genera que se interrelacionen estos factores y contribuye al problema de la experiencia de las adolescentes embarazadas. | es_ES |
