The present clinical case study based on the Nursing Care Process in an older adult patient with Hodgkin's lymphoma, in which the general objective was established; to apply the PAE in this case of a patient with Hodgkin's lymphoma, as well as the NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomies. It is necessary to indicate that this pathology analyzed is one of the types of cancers that exist, and directly affects the lymphatic system, it is characterized by the presence of malignant Reed-Stemberg cells. The development of this clinical case is based on an older adult aged 66 years with a diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma who comes to the emergency room with a clinical picture of pain in the supraclavicular region, with pain facies, presence of excessive sweating, headache, weight loss and fever. The analysis approach was based on Marjorie Gordon's assessment of functional patterns. In this process, it was possible to identify altered patterns that included health perception and management, nutritional and metabolic aspects, physical activity and exercise, sleep and rest patterns, self-control, and self-concept, as well as coping capacity and stress tolerance. In conclusion, it was possible to apply the nursing care process in an older adult patient diagnosed with stage I Hodgkin's lymphoma, and to apply all the pertinent activities to improve the patient's health and well-being.es_ES
