Coffee is a crop of great economic relevance at a global level, generating annual income of more than 15 billion dollars for exporting countries and providing employment to more than 20 million people around the world. The main objective is the analysis of the economic importance of the coffee industry in Ecuador. An investigative methodology was proposed with a qualitative approach and a descriptive scope. Furthermore, for the preparation of this document, information was collected through the analysis, synthesis and summary of websites, virtual libraries and scientific articles. | dc.description.abstract | El presente documento de investigación proporciona información sobre la importancia económica de la industria cafetalera en Ecuador. El café es un cultivo de gran relevancia económica a nivel global, generando ingresos anuales superiores a los 15 mil millones de dólares para los países exportadores y proporcionando empleo a más de 20 millones de personas en todo el mundo. El objetivo principal es analizar la importancia económica de la industria cafetalera en Ecuador. Se planteó una metodología tipo investigativa con enfoque cualitativo y de alcance descriptivo. Además, para la elaboración del presente documento se recopiló información mediante el análisis, síntesis y resumen de sitios web, bibliotecas virtuales y artículos científicos. Las industrias de café son de gran importancia a la economía en el Ecuador, el café que vendemos es de alta calidad. Se concluye que es muy importantes las industrias cafetaleras en la economía del país, ayudando al PIB y dándonos reconocimientos con nuestras marcas de café, por la calidad y sabor a los demás países, lo cual genera empleos a los trabajadores que se dedican al cultivo y al procesar el café industrializado. | es_ES |
