Therefore, strategies were proposed to increase productivity based on the 5'S quality system for the company Columbina S.A. which refer to Seiri (Sense of Use), Seiton (Sense of Organization), Seiso (Sense of Cleanliness), Seiketsu (Sense of Normalization) and Shitsuke (Sense of Discipline) that in their application are expected to take advantage of existing resources, eliminate unnecessary processes, establish goals that can be evaluated, generate a change in the company's organizational culture. and achieve productivity growth of at least 40%.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de investigación se realiza con el objetivo de analizar la incidencia de la gestión de la mejora continua en los procesos y sus resultados en la productividad de la empresa columbina, que se efectúa con ayuda de la metodología de la investigación que refiere los métodos inductivo, descriptivo y analítico, mientras que la modalidad que se requiere obtener información cualitativa y cuantitativa, es decir, bajo el enfoque mixto, además, los tipos de investigación aplicada, exploratoria y descriptiva; por otro lado, las técnicas utilizadas son la revisión documental, entrevista y encuesta a través de los respectivos instrumentos ficha de datos, ficha de entrevista y cuestionario de encuesta que dio como resultados se evidencio la carencia de una adecuada clasificación de la materia prima e insumos de corte y confección;, no se realiza una adecuada distribución del espacio para ubicar insumos y los productos terminados, no presentan un esquema o flujo de procesos que permite especificar aquellas actividades que se realizan para efectuar la atención al cliente. Por lo tanto, se propuso estrategias para aumentar la productividad basado en el sistema de calidad 5’S para la empresa Columbina S.A. que hacen referencia a Seiri (Sentido de Uso), Seiton (Sentido de Organización), Seiso (Sentido de Limpieza), Seiketsu (Sentido de Normalización) Y Shitsuke (Sentido de la Disciplina) que en su aplicación se espera aprovechar los recursos existentes, eliminar los procesos innecesarios, establecer metas que se puedan evaluar, generar un cambio en la cultura organizacional de la empresa. y lograr el crecimiento de la productividad por lo menos en un 40%.es_ES
