| dc.description | The investigation was carried out in the private company called Caflosa, which has been formally operating for 12 years and is engaged in various activities, such as the rental of cranes and other construction equipment, the wholesale of electrical equipment and the rental of commercial real estate. The company is located in the province of Los Ríos, in Babahoyo, Parroquia Clemente Baquerizo. The research focused on studying Caflosa's sales levels in its competitive environment. The company was found to have an acceptable sales revenue stream due to its competitive advantage in terms of its crane fleet. However, a negative aspect is that the company does not advertise in the media or social networks due to security problems. The methodology used was descriptive, using interviews and structured questionnaires. The research is framed in the field of financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management, with a focus on marketing and commercialization. This research is related to the project of management of administrative management processes in the public and private sectors. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La investigación se llevó a cabo en la empresa privada llamada Caflosa, que ha estado operando formalmente durante 12 años y se dedica a diversas actividades, como el alquiler de grúas y otros equipos de construcción, la venta al por mayor de material eléctrico y el alquiler de bienes inmuebles comerciales. La empresa se encuentra en la provincia de Los Ríos, en Babahoyo, Parroquia Clemente Baquerizo. La investigación se enfocó en estudiar los niveles de ventas de Caflosa en su entorno competitivo. Se encontró que la empresa tiene un flujo de ingresos por ventas aceptable debido a su ventaja competitiva en términos de su flota de grúas. Sin embargo, un aspecto negativo es que la empresa no realiza publicidad en medios o redes sociales debido a problemas de seguridad. La etodología utilizada fue descriptiva, empleando entrevistas y cuestionarios estructurados. La investigación se enmarca en el campo de la gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control, con un enfoque en marketing y comercialización.
