| dc.description | The present case study was carried out in the Los Ríos Province, Babahoyo canton, in the Global Cocoa cocoa exporter, which has been enabled since February 8, 2022 with that company name but the owners are working in this cocoa sector. For more than 30 years, in addition to exporting cocoa, they also market chocolate as a finished product which has been very successful in the market. The project focuses on analyzing the Administrative Management that is managed in the company, with the verification and proof that the internal processes, regulations and procedures are fully complied with, as well as the analysis of the income and expenses that the company has and the positioning that it currently manages in the cocoa market of the canton, however, it should be noted that shortcomings were found in terms of the operations carried out by the inventory department with the confusion that is generated when coordinating a shipment due to the lack of internal communication. that exists, as well as by the administrative department which carry out activities that are not in accordance with the position they are occupying. The methodology used in the research was descriptive-deductive, with the type of qualitative-quantitative research and the techniques and tools: interview and survey. The research focuses on Financial, Administrative, Tax Management, Audit and Control and its relationship with the project Management of managerial and administrative processes in the public and private sector. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se efectuó en la Provincia Los Ríos, cantón Babahoyo, en la Exportadora de cacao Global Cocoa, la cual se encuentra habilitada desde el 8 de febrero del 2022 con esa razón social pero los propietarios se encuentran laborando en este sector cacaotero durante más de 30 años, adicional a la exportación del cacao, también comercializan chocolate como producto terminado el cual ha tenido mucho éxito en el mercado. El proyecto se enfoca en analizar la Gestión Administrativa que se maneja en la compañía, con la verificación y constancia de que los procesos, reglamentos y procedimientos internos se encuentren cumpliendo a cabalidad, como también el análisis de los ingresos y egresos que posee la misma y el posicionamiento que maneja actualmente en el mercado cacaotero del cantón, sin embargo, cabe indicas que se encontraron falencias en cuanto a las operaciones que realiza el departamento de inventario con la confusión que se genera al momento de coordinar un embarque por la falta de comunicación interna que existe, así también por parte del departamento administrativo los cuales realizan actividades que no están acorde al cargo que se encuentran ocupando. La metodología que se utilizó en la investigación fue descriptiva-deductiva, con el tipo de investigación cuali-cuantitativa y las técnicas y herramientas: entrevista y encuesta. La investigación se enfoca en la Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control y su relación con el proyecto Gestión de procesos gerenciales y administrativos en el sector público y privado. | es_ES |
