dc.description.abstractEs necesario conocer a profundidad el impacto del clima laboral en el rendimiento y desempeño de los empleados en el ámbito laboral de la empresa FARINDMESA en la ciudad de Babahoyo, desarrollando este estudio de caso pudimos conocer que existen muchas falencias en torno al ambiente laboral, la empresa maneja un equivocado manejo en toda el área con respecto a empleados y empleadores, teniendo asi una incorrecta capacitación para sus empleados, falta de compromiso de la institución hacia los empleados y viceversa, necesitan las personas encargadas de la empresa mejorar el ambiente laboral, de esta forma, los trabajadores estarán a gusto dentro de cada departamento y rendir con eficiencia y eficacias a las tareas asignadas, hemos estudiados algunas citas bibliográficas, publicaciones y artículos, así como el estudio de documentos que nos entregó la empresa, para entender mejor los conceptos acerca del ambiente laboral y tener un criterio claro de las problemáticas y los métodos para mejorar la calidad del servicio de la empresa y desarrollar un método eficiente para sus empleados, el departamento de talento humano debe realizar un exhaustivo trabajo para mejorar todo el entorno dentro de la empresa, si se tiene un excelente departamento recursos humanos, la empresa manejara de forma correcta toda las áreas que forman la empresa FARINDMESA, como lo son: gerencia general, dirección administrativa, contabilidad, ventas-facturación y el departamento de compras, ya que todos y cada uno de los departamentos deben funcionar en conjunto, asi la empresa tendrá una atención con calidad, calidez, eficaz y eficiencia.es_ES
