| dc.description | The present case study was carried out Cyber "Andinanet.Com" of the Montalvo canton, the main objective is to analyze the Administrative Management processes that influence Cyber andinanet.com to improve its quality and service, this work aims to know the administrative management to increase sales in the cyber, the reason for this research topic to increase sales, and promote new alternatives to improve the management of the company. Today, administrative management in a company is key and serves as the basis for the execution and potentialization of tasks to meet the objectives set and contribute to its survival and growth. The constant search for an administrative management that allows to give a better image to the company, improve the administrative, productive processes, among others, that are developed within it, this article focuses on the organization in order to improve the processes for their development and well-being, whose objective was to determine the situation in which the company is located and to show if the administrative management affects productivity, in order to meet the stated objective. The quantitative and descriptive methodology used, the support of the theoretical base is based on the variables, results were obtained with reference to the discussion with the instruments that were applied to reach the results, addressing exhaustive issues contributing to the consolidation of the same that culminates in issuing conclusions. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se efectúo Cyber "Andinanet.Com" del cantón Montalvo, el objetivo principal es analizar los procesos de la Gestión Administrativa que influyen en el Cyber andinanet.com para mejorar su calidad y servicio, este trabajo pretende conocer la gestión administrativa para incrementar las ventas en el cyber, el motivo de este tema de investigación para incrementar las ventas, e impulsar nuevas alternativas para mejorar la gestión de la empresa. Hoy en día la gestión administrativa, en una empresa es clave y sirve como base para la ejecución y potencialización de tareas para cumplir con los objetivos planteados y contribuir con la supervivencia y crecimiento de la misma. La constante búsqueda de una gestión administrativa que permita darle una mejor imagen a la empresa, mejorar de los procesos administrativos, productivos, entre otros, que se desarrollan dentro de la misma, este artículo se centra en la organización con el fin de mejorar los procesos para su desarrollo y bienestar, cuyo objetivo fue determinar la situación en la que se encuentra la empresa y evidenciar si la gestión administrativa incide en la productividad, con la finalidad de cumplir con el objetivo planteado. La metodología empleada cuantitativa y descriptiva, el sustento de la base teórica está fundamentada en las variables, se obtuvo resultados con referencia a la discusión con los instrumentos que se aplicaron para llegar a los resultados, abordando temas exhaustivos aportando a la consolidación de los mismos que culmina en emitir conclusiones | es_ES |
