dc.descriptionLogistics management is an essential process in every organization regardless of its size, since this process guarantees that products or services reach customers at the right place and time, thus achieving customer satisfaction. Therefore, logistics is a very important process for the success of companies because without it it would be impossible to control all activities related to production until delivery to the customer. The objective of the research is to analyze and improve the logistics management processes in the Disensa Franchise, located in the city of Babahoyo whose owner is Mr. William Oñate Chang. The study has a qualitative approach, accompanied by descriptive, documentary and field research. The techniques used to obtain relevant information is an interview with the head of logistics management of the aforementioned company. Also a survey of customers to find out their perception regarding logistics management. The instrument used is an interview guide with questions related to the variable under study and a survey questionnaire. The study concluded that the logistics management in the Disensa William Oñate Franchise in the city of Babahoyo is not entirely adequate, since the various inconveniences that the company presents such as: delays in the delivery of products, inventory problems, customer dissatisfaction customer and deteriorated image reveal the shortcomings in terms of logistics management in the establishment.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa gestión logística es un proceso indispensable en toda organización independientemente de su tamaño, ya que esta actividad garantiza que los productos o servicios, lleguen a los clientes en el lugar y tiempo adecuado, logrando así la satisfacción. Por lo tanto, la logística es un proceso muy importante para el éxito de las empresas pues sin ella seria imposible control de todas las actividades relacionadas a la producción hasta la entrega al cliente. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar y mejorar los procesos de gestión logística en la Franquicia Disensa, ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo cuyo propietario es el Sr. William Oñate Chang. El estudio posee un enfoque cualitativo, acompañada de una investigación descriptiva, documental y de campo. Las técnicas empleadas para obtener información relevante es una entrevista al jefe de gestión logística de la empresa mencionada. También una encuesta a los clientes para conocer su percepción con respecto a la gestión logística. El instrumento utilizado es una guía de entrevista con preguntas relacionadas a la variable objeto de estudio y un cuestionario de encuesta. El estudio concluyó que, la gestión logística en la Franquicia Disensa William Oñate de la ciudad de Babahoyo no es del todo adecuada, puesto que los diversos inconvenientes que presenta la empresa tales como: demoras en la entrega de productos, problemas de inventarios, insatisfacción al cliente e imagen deteriorada revelan las falencias en cuanto a la gestión logística en el establecimiento.es_ES
