Assisted pollination is essential to achieve a higher fruit potential, since it aims to increase fruit set and reduce abortion; this work is affected by several factors such as climate change, pollen fertility, genetic variation of materials and plants; the increase in height hinders the opening of pollen, which hinders the opening of inflorescences. The information obtained was carried out through the technique of analysis, synthesis and summary, with the sole objective of establishing the specific information in correspondence to the project, which has as its theme "Assisted pollination of the soursop crop (A. muricata)". Based on the above, it was determined that assisted pollination in the cultivation of soursop is a tool that can greatly benefit producers, because it can increase the production and quality of the fruits. Assisted pollination is an innovative practice that represents a very high cost at the time of execution, taking into consideration that labor is very expensive and the increase in production fluctuates between 10% and 24% with quality fruits. Assisted pollination in soursop cultivation is always carried out from early morning until approximately noon, since the pollen loses its ability to fertilize the flowers the longer they are exposed. The assisted pollination procedure consists of the collection of flowers suitable to be used as pollen donors (flower opening stage IV) and subsequent pollination by brushing the stigmas of the flowers as pollen receivers (II and III) semi-open flower stage).es_ES
