| dc.description | The research work carried out in the San Francisco canton of Puebloviejo, aims to determine the level of satisfaction of users who use the services provided by the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government (GAD) of Sanfrancisco. This evaluation was considered important, since the Municipal GAD is responsible for the management of the entire canton and aspires to become a safe destination at the national level. In this context, the social relevance of the problem raised was highlighted. To carry out this study, qualitative methods were used. These methods will help evaluate the degree of user satisfaction through surveys directed at both users and employees of the Municipal GAD of Sanfrancisco. The results of these surveys served as the basis for the completion of this research work with the purpose of improving user service through recommendations. The research object focuses on strategic manuals, with a focus on areas such as competitiveness and strategic and operational management. The recommendations are intended to facilitate their understanding, management and application by the employees of the Municipal GAD of the San Francisco de Puebloviejo canton. The main purpose is to improve the perception that users have of the entity and provide additional value to the services offered. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de investigación realizado en el cantón San francisco de Puebloviejo, tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios que utilizan los servicios proporcionados por el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) Municipal de Sanfrancisco. Esta evaluación se consideró importante, ya que el GAD Municipal es responsable de la gestión de todo el cantón y aspira a convertirse en un destino seguro a nivel nacional. En este contexto, se destacaba la relevancia social del problema planteado. Para llevar a cabo este estudio, se emplearon métodos cualitativos. Dichos métodos ayudarán a evaluar el grado de satisfacción de los usuarios a través de encuestas dirigidas tanto a los usuarios como a los empleados del GAD Municipal de Sanfrancisco. Los resultados de estas encuestas sirvieron como base para la culminación de este trabajo de investigación con la finalidad de mejorar la atención al usuario mediante recomendaciones. El objeto de investigación se centra en los manuales estratégicos, con un enfoque en áreas como la competitividad y la gestión estratégica y operativa. Las recomendaciones tienen como objetivo facilitar su comprensión, manejo y aplicación por parte de los empleados del GAD Municipal del cantón San francisco de Puebloviejo. El propósito principal es mejorar la percepción que tienen los usuarios de la entidad y brindar un valor adicional a los servicios ofrecidos. | es_ES |
